When Noise Subsides
Joy is a choice, not a reward for perfection. It’s about connecting with yourself and embracing the present moment, whether it’s making tea slowly, laughing harder, or dancing in your kitchen.

So I’m sharing this not because it’s easy, but because it’s true: fresh beginnings don’t always look like grand reinventions. Sometimes they begin with a move, a box, a moment of clarity. Sometimes they begin with grief giving way to readiness.
To choose something that feels like a spark of who we’re becoming.
These small acts—simple, seasonal, imperfect—have a way of revealing truths we didn’t know we were seeking. Action shows us what lights us up, what expands us, and what feels like a gentle “yes” inside our spirit.
I am a pretty self-motivated individual and rarely need much encouragement to get through my to-do list. Every once in a while, however, I lose my way. I know the signs: my energy is low, I don’t leave my bedroom, and I feel overwhelmed. I tuck away in my safe hideaway, and typically spend hours…

Over time, they can…
